The landmark building complex with an underground car park catches the eye, with its 12-storey tower building on the corner with Dovebrücke and its 7-storey section with two wings running along Dovestrasse. The buildings present themselves with a prominent natural stone façade on a site of approximately 15,000 m2. Visitors are immediately impressed by the outstanding 4-storey foyer facing Dovestrasse and the separate 2-storey entrance hall with mezzanine on Salzufer; the entire building is extremely attractive and efficient thanks to its light-suffused surface structures. The wing buildings have an exquisite dining facility as a connecting element. Beside the kitchenettes, the high-quality meals served in this dining facility are an attraction not only for the in-house tenants. The architecturally appealing building ensemble is in a prime location with a fantastic waterside view and o ers countless possibilities for designing o ces to the tenants‘ wishes. Flexibly dividable walls enable interior rooms to be optimally tailored to the tenants‘ requirements, and the impressive areas also boast attractive and e cient layouts. There are connected units of approximately 220 m2 to 1,900 m2 per oor, with up to three self-contained units per oor being possible. The o ces also stand out for their oor-to-ceiling heights, which range between 2.75 and 3.17 m. Su cient heating is ensured by gas central heating in addition to decentralised water heating. The high-quality aluminium windows are tted with insulating glazing and can be opened on every oor with external solar protection. Altogether, the various oors can be reached by ve lifts, two of which are suitable for transporting bulky items.
